Nāthan Naicker

Nāthan Theo Naicker has a background as a petroleum engineer in the oil and gas industry and has been practicing astrology professionally since 2014. He began learning western psychological astrology in 2010, then moved onto traditional western astrology with qualifications in natal, horary, mundane, locational, and medical branches. His qualifications in Western Astrology are the esteemed Diploma in Medieval Astrology (2012) and a Diploma in Astrological Studies (2014).

After intense studies in India over seven years, he qualified as a Certified Paṇḍita Jyotiṣa (2023) from the Acyutānanda Paraṁpara of traditional teachings in Vedic Astrology in India, taught by Pandit Sanjay Rath. Since 2020, he has been a Copy Editor for the Jyotish Digest magazine, circulated by Sagittarius Publications of the Devaguru Bṛhaspati Center in India. Since August 2021, Nathan is an assistant teacher in Vedic Astrology for Devaguru Brihaspati Centre (India) helping over 150 students from around the world. Nāthan runs retreats in South Africa, and hosts webinars, workshops, and private courses online. He performs Rectification for clients and other astrologers around the world. Nathan practices and teaches both traditional Western Astrology and traditional Vedic Astrology in his work, as complementary systems and perspectives on life.
