More About Laurie Naughtin
Laurie’s contributions to the astrological community include a decade-long commitment as a committee member of the Association Society of South African Astrology, where she was elected Chairlady in 2016. From 2019 to the end of 2023, Laurie served as the President of Astrology South Africa.
Since 1996, Laurie has been on a remarkable journey, starting her studies with Anita
Noyes-Smith and earning qualifications in Medieval Astrology under Robert Zoller in 1977.
Laurie’s expertise extends to advanced astrological studies, including time rectification and relocation with Jeanette Martins. In 2002, she founded the internationally accredited Sublunar Academy of Astrology.
Notably, Laurie holds a diploma in Horary Astrology from Jacqueline Brook and has submitted her Horary course for accreditation from John Frawley and the Traditional Association of Astrologers.
Her commitment to continuous learning is evident in completing the Consulting skills course with ISAR in 2012 and earning The Renaissance Astrology Magic diploma through Christopher Warnock in 2017. In 2019, she added a diploma in Election studies with Christopher Warnock to her impressive repertoire.
